What on Earth kind of company is this???

You have four packages for me.  I live in a townhouse with my own front door and my own driveway.  There is never anything blocking the way.  For your driver to say that he didn’t have access is wrong.  Do they get to keep the packages if they say that or something??  When will I get my packages - it’s day three right now.  Are you sending them back to where they came from?  Is there anyone at all working there that can help me?  Talk to me?  Nice scam you guys have going.
