Is there a way to achieve having more live agents or at this point have a phone number? Working with big companies means there’s more chance for error and this would be extremely beneficial in fixing people’s problems.

Chat keeps saying “There seems to be an issue with the system. Can you try again later?” pretty much every time I try and message them. No number to call and no one has emailed any updates on my packages that have been "out for delivery" now for over 3 days. Very disappointed and getting very frustrated as to where my packages are.

SPXJFK101800336830 and SPXJFK056808147192 has never been delivered! Obviously you have lost these packages and I need to be compensated for these losses - As a result of these packages not reaching me in a timely manner, I incurred additional expenses - The companies that used your logistic services have also lost me as a customer - There absolutely no excuse for the extreme delay you caused - Your company is the worst!
