Package never arrived
The status of my package hasn’t been updated since September 26(almost 3 weeks ago) and says it’s stuck in transit. I was promised that it would’ve arrived yesterday Monday October 13 after it already being a week late (which originally my package was supposed to arrive Monday October 6) i really just want my package.

Mi paquete dice que se entregó el día sábado en la noche ,cosa que nunca sucedió nunca recibí mi paquete y su mercancía es muy importante para mí por eso mismo quiero que me den una solución rápida pero el servicio de atención al cliente es ineficiente no proporciona ni correos donde obtener ayuda y mucho menos un número de teléfono la triste realidad es que mi paquete está perdido por un pésimo trabajo a la hora de hacer la entrega y peor aún nadie se hace responsable
